[Class 81 (ii)] A surgical splint comprises two strips or members 1, 2 secured by bolts 4, 11 and nuts to two flanged plates 3, 9 which are also adjustably held together by bolts. Slots in the plates 3, 9 to receive the bolts 4, 11 permit the lengths of the arms of the splint to be varied.
