[Class 44] [Also in Group VII] In a sewing-machine having upper and lower feeding devices (see Group VII) an oil-tight chamber in the machine arm is closed by a gasketted cover 66 which is loosely pivoted at 69, to a bar 71 fixed in the arm. The cover is lacked in position by a cupboard twin type of fastening 78 which engages over the bar 71.
