553,937. Composite wood blocks. BROWNE, A. J. June 29, 1942, No. 8948. [Class 145 (ii)] A wood structure for use in the joinery and other wood trades is constructed without screws, nails or glue from small pieces of wood jointed together to any length, width or radius, each piece having, as shown, a tongue on one side and a groove on the opposite side and a dovetail recess in the base so formed that a half-dovetail projection is left at each end of that base. The structure can be readily disassembled and reassembled. Tabular structures may be thus made. The tongues and dovetails may be interchanged.
