[Class 37] [Also in Group XXII] A metal can containing an electric condenser, is mounted on a plate 7 by means of a ring 3 which embraces the article, engages, on the side remote from said plate, a circumferential bead 6 or the like on the article, is spaced slightly from said plate, and has lugs 2, which pass through holes therein and have their projecting ends deformed to secure the can. The ring may be split at one point or be divided into separate segments 1a, 1b, 1c, Fig. 6, each provided with lugs 2.
