[Class 6 (i)] Side bars 2 of a frame 1 rigidly secured to a tractor support a spindle 3 carrying a drum 6 and an implement carrying frame 4. A lever 5 associated with ratchet and pawl mechanism and a cord 7 determine the angular position of the frame 4 and a lever 5a maintains the position. Adjustable ground wheels 12 determine the height of the spindle and the tool bar 11.
