548,775. Alloys. STEVENS, A. H. (National Lead Co.). July 22, 1941, No. 9272. [Class 82 (i)] Lead alloys for bearings contain 0.05-2 per cent. of calcium, 2.2-10 per cent. of tin, and 0.5- 5 per cent. of cadmium, with or without one or more of the following:- 0.1-1 per cent. of mercury, 0.02-0.1 per cent. of barium, 0.02-0.5 per cent. of strontium, 0.05-5 per cent. of manganese, 0.5-2 per cent. of silver, 0.05-1 per cent. of copper, and 0.02-0.15 per cent. of aluminium. Specification 525,375 is referred to. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 525,375.
