534,964. Paper containers. MEAKER, J. W. Jan. 16, 1940, No. 969. Convention date, Jan. 23, 1939. [Class 94 (ii)] Paper containers, such as valve bags for cement &c. are provided with minute perforations large enough to permit the passage of air but not the solid contents of the bag. The perforations are formed by burning by means of electric arc apparatus such as is described in U.S.A. Specification 1,790,452.
