[Class 49] [Also in Groups III and V] Milk is concentrated by bringing it into contact with dry parts of plants, particularly seeds. The seeds may be killed before use, and their skins may be removed to facilitate the absorption of water. Examples describe the agitation of milk with soya beans and with peas.
