531,665. Glass manufacture. PATENTVERWERTUNGS-GES. HERMES. July 28, 1939, No. 22003. Convention date, July 28, 1938. [Class 56] Readily-fusible glass free from silicon and primarily intended for electrical purposes has a composition defined by the molecular formula 1 PbO ; 0À14-0À27 Na 2 O ; 0À29-0À50 B 2 O 3 . The glass may be used for fusing-in conductors, and it may be spun into fibrous form and used for insulating conductors. The Specification, as open to inspection under Sect. 91, describes a composition which has the molecular formula 1 PbO ; 0À57- 1À23 B 2 O 3 . This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
