[Class 18] [Also in Group I] A rotatable, vaned closure member 4 is mounted below the inlet of a receptacle 1 the base 2 of which is movable or removable together with articles deposited thereon. The receptacle 1 may be placed inside a bathroom cabinet 8 having a top lid, the spindle 3 of the closure 4 passing through a cabinet wall and terminating in a knob 7 and being journalled in a bracket 3a fixed to the cabinet.
