525,978. Armoured cupolas. KRUPP AKT.- GES. F. March 4, 1939, No. 7137. Convention date, March 9, 1938. [Class 92 (i)] [Also in Group XXXIII] An armoured cupola of the kind having a circular cover 1 resting on a ledge 3 of the wall 4 has the cover fixed by driving wedge segments 6 into the annular gap between the cover and the wall. Oppositely-facing double wedge segments may be employed and the segments may be welded as at 8 to the wall or cover.
