Points are awarded for the possession of objective cards on reaching the objectives and these cards decide the winner of the game. A single master release card termed "freedom of the city may be included in the pack. Each player may be provided with a model pedestrian who may be moved over green walks b or other places barred to motor vehicles. Cards may be provided to stop or release the pedestrians.
