524,435.. Making electric condensers. PHILIPS LAMPS, Ltd. Sept. 7, 1939, No. 25270. Convention date, Sept. 8, 1938. [Classes 83 (i) and 83 (ii)] [Also in Groups V and XXXVI] Casting composite articles. -Radio - receiving or other electrical apparatus having a conductor system 7, 8 with extensions as in Specification 515,354, wherein at least one extension forms an electrode 10, Fig. 4, of a fixed condenser and at least one further electrode 12 of this condenser is supported by a ceramic member 9 which is surrounded by the extension 10. The electrode 12 is engaged by a head 25 cast with the conductor 8. In a modification the electrode 12 is not connected to the conductor 8 but this is cast with an extension 11, Fig. 2, about the member 9 thus forming another electrode similar to 10. The system 7, 8 &c. may be cast on an insulating plate 6 or this may be omitted. the member 9 may contain titanium-dioxide and the electrode 12 may be produced by spraying.
