[Class 132 (iii)] [Also in Group XVIII] Display devices of the kind comprising rotating twisted strips of material which appear to have a continuous progressive motion are adapted to have the strip arranged curvilinearly by threading it over a correspondingly shaped wire. The figure shows a stationary wire 11 formed into a circle and attached by screws 13 to a base 14. The twisted strip 10, which may be in one or in several pieces, has axial holes which take over the wire 11, and is rotated by a pulley or gear wheel 15 fixed to the strip. The strip may be bright, corrugated and coloured.
