[Class 4] An aerostat for antiaircraft defence consists of a body floating in the air and provided with an upper platform 2 for crew and arms, and having lateral-balance bodies 4. It may be anchored by the cable 5 or free, in which case it is provided with propelling means. Mechanical stabilizing means may also be provided. The cable 5 may be used to carry electric current.
