[Class 70] [Also in Group IV] Threads; films or the like of chlorinated rubber resin which have been produced with stretching or have been after-stretched, are treated to prevent or diminish shrinkage by subjecting them to a temperature approximating to that of the softening point of the resin, under tension in such manner that the threads &c. maintain their original length and cannot shrink during the treatment. Specification 387,976, [Group IV], is referred to.
