[Class 39 (iii)] The heating elements 2 are inserted in a circulator casing 1, and extend beyond the lower end 3 thereof. The casing is provided with a small inlet 4 at its lower end and at the upper end is formed with an outlet 5 of an area equal to the cross - sectional of the casing.
