508,433. Plaster compositions. NATIONAL GYPSUM CO., Inc. July 18, 1938, No. 21274. Convention date, May 11. [Class 22] A gypsum plaster having a stabilized time of set comprises calcined gypsum, a substance which retards the setting time such as glue or a nitrogenous substance degraded by the action of lime and as stabilizing agent sodium acid sulphate or nitercake. The retarder and acid sulphate are added in amounts of at least .3 per cent of the mix. Lime may be added.
