506,748. Wrenches. BLIGHT, J. H., and UREN, J. Dec. 2, 1937, No. 33394. [Class 61 (iii)] A stud wrench comprises a housing 10 with a polygonal head for engagement with an operating wrench and one or more cam gripping members with part cylindrical portions 15 mounted in part cylindrical recesses 14 in the wall 13 of the housing and serrated gripping faces 17 struck from centres 18 eccentric to the axes of the retaining pins 24, the gripping members being urged in the gripping direction by helical springs 20 and the forward ends of the gripping members being bevelled at 19 to facilitate engagement with the stud 27.
