506,447. Photographic processes. TRANSART AKTIEBOLAG. Feb. 23, 1938, No. 5676. Convention date, Feb. 24, 1937. Drawings to Specification. [Class 98 (ii)] A sheet carries on opposite sides photographic images representing the same object photographed from different sides, the contours of the images substantially registering and the sheet and images - being non-transparent within the said contours but transparent outside. The sheet may be of cellulose glass or of the material known under the Registered Trade Mark "Cellophane," and the images may be secured, by adhesive thereto or printed thereon by a photographic or other printing process. The Specification describes apparatus by which photographs may be taken from opposite sides of an object such apparatus comprising two cameras, one on each side, the axes of the cameras being horizontal or inclined. Alternatively the object may be mounted on a turntable, or the camera, mounted on a universally pivoted lug to rotate around the object. Alternatively two mirrors at right-angles may be placed behind the object which is photographed with a single camera. A number of sheets may be bound in book form. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 describes also the use of a background screen behind the object and also the manner in which the sheets may be hinged together. This subject-matter does not appear in the, Specification as accepted.
