503,669. Pitot -- tube apparatus. KOLLSMAN, P. Jan. 10, 1938, No. 37103. Convention date, Feb. 9, 1937. Divided out of 503,646. [Class 69 (i)] A Pitot-tube comprises a dynamic duct 1 and a shell A enclosing at least a part of the duct 1 and having a static pressure opening 63, 64, the shell and duct being permanently united to form a one-piece metallic structure. The shell may be formed, and simultaneously united to the dynamic duct, by electrodeposition, as described in Specification 503,646,. which describes a Pitot-tube similar to that described in the present Specification.
