[Class 108 (iii)] [Also in Group XIV] A jumbled mass of metal wire coils a united by a coating of vulcanized rubber latex is used as a cushioning material or moulded to form a shaped cushion which may contain upholstery springs b, air-cavities, or stuffing material. Padding may be applied externally to some or all of the faces of a cushion core constructed in the above fashion.
