491,458. Feet for furniture. NORTH OF ENGLAND SCHOOL FURNISHING CO., Ltd., and PEIRSE, J. G. March 6, 1937, No. 6662. [Class 52 (i)] A tubular school desk frame A is provided with a foot E at the front and rear comprising a hollow cylindrical member of malleable cast iron with a domed bottom e and with side lugs c<3> adapted to embrace the tubular frame and to be secured thereto by a bolt or rivet e<4>, the walls of the cylinder being shaped to fit the bend of the tubular frame. According to the Provisional Specification, the foot may be of rubber.
