Abstract
Concentrated aqueous solutions of follicle hormone or derivatives thereof are obtained with the aid of a solvent consisting of urethane and water. The hormone may, if desired, be first dissolved in ethylene glycol and the solution added to aqueous urethane solution. Known solutions of hormone in aqueous resorcin solutions, or in oil, are referred to. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 refers to the use of one or more compounds of the urethane group and one or more compounds of the glycol series, but does not give additional examples. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
