485,796. Nails; drive-screws. LASSONDE, R. March 16, 1937, No. 7741. Convention date, March 25, 1936. [Class 89 (ii)] A nail A or drive-screw nail C is formed, adjacent its head 12, with a bulbous enlargement 14 surrounded by a sealing washer D having a counterbore in its top in which the nail head 12 is disposed. The washer, which may be of lead, is formed with a flaring skirt 19 and with a tapered tubular sleeve 20 surrounding the enlargement 14.
