[Class 65 (i)] A pivoted window or ventilator may be locked in any of a number of positions by means of a spring- pressed arm 6, pivoted in a slot in a disc 1 fixed to the window adjacent to one of the pivots 2, engaging a toothed quadrant 8 mounted on the window frame to partially surround the disc. A projection 10 at one end of the quadrant 8 engages the arm 6 to limit the swinging of the window.
