Abstract
An electric conductor is coated with an oil varnish and with a superimposed layer of a varnish composed of a mixed polymer of acrylic acid derivatives with the addition of a cellulose ester. The mixed polymer may comprise acrylic acid nitrile and the cellulose ester may be the acetobutyrate. Between the varnish layers, a layer of artificial silk may be provided.
