Abstract

A print roll composition comprises glue or gelatine, water, and a softener of sorbitol and glycerine, the amount of sorbitol being not more than 75 per cent of the total softener. In an example, a composition comprises 27 per cent glue (dry), 57 per cent softener (52 per cent sorbitol and 58 per cent glycerine) and 16 per cent water.
