Abstract

473,822. Hose &c. suspenders. DONOHUE CORPORATION, A. J. March 15, 1937, No. 7554. Convention date, March 21, 1936. [Class 44] In a button and loop suspender, the button 9 is attached to the loop members 6 and 7 by a flexible supporting strip 11. A line of stitching 13 secures one end of the strip 11 to the other, so that one end extends beyond the other to form a tab 12. The button 9 is vulcanized to said tab and to a portion of the other end of strip, the base of said button in the finished article being shaped to conform with the rise in the stepped lap.
