[Class 141] Braces for personal wear comprise two narrow woven elastic strips 1, having buttonhole slits 3, and joined together by being passed through a clasp 2. In a modification, the rear ends of the buttonhole strips are fastened to a single button, and in an alternative form, the clasp is replaced by a ring, one brace strip passing through the ring and over both shoulders of the wearer, and the other strip passing through the ring and being attached at its ends to the back button.
