[Class 12 (i)] In a plummer block of the kind in which a one piece cover 2 having holding down lugs 1 fits over a base block 8 and clamps a ball or roller bearing 13 in position between pads 4 .. 7, one or more of the pads 4, 5, is or are constituted by separate non-resilient parts rigidly fixed in the housing 2. As shown pads 4, 5, are formed on a single block 3 held in the cover 2 by the screwed end 9 of a lubricator 12.
