Abstract
463,039. Folding-boxes for fruit &c. JONES, W. A. Sept. 12, 1935, No. 25343. [Class 18] A folding-box for fruit, nursery products and other small articles comprises a bottom B, Figs. 1 and 3, sides S, ends E, and top T hinged as shown by small metal or fibre strips 4 secured near the ends of the section, with or without intermediate hingeirig strips, the strips on the bottom being, if desired, L-shaped. Battens 6 are also provided and the box is held in erect position by twisting together metal strips 7, 8, or wires 9, Fig. 3. The lid may be held by passing a wire loop on each end through wire loops on the lid and bending over the loops on the ends.
