[Class 75 (i)] In an inverted gasmantle holder a having an elongated rim c to which the mantle is attached by a thread, the rim c is provided with outwardly-projecting lugs d which engage in the mantle and support it independently of the thread should the latter sag or otherwise fail. The holder is attached to the burner by means of bolt holes b.
