[Class 37] One or two transparent tubes 5 alongside which the station names are inscribed, preferably on a removable plate 18, have indicator rods 6 protruding therefrom and movable therein under the control of pulley-and-cord mechanism 8.... 14 driven from a shaft 17. Separate station scale plates and transparent tubes may be provided for different waveranges, the indicator rods moving in opposite directions, or the separate wave-ranges may be shown on opposite sides of a single tube. Illumination is effected so that only the scale in use is lit up. The transparent tubes may be formed by complementary grooved sheets of transparent material.
