[Class 48] [See also Group XI] An electrically illuminated line or trawl float comprises a hollow ball 1 with two apertures, in one of which is secured a battery carrier 12 and the other a lens 11. The lamp circuit is completed through spring contacts 22, 23 by moving a battery 25 against the pressure of a spring 30 with a screw threaded plunger 16. The carrier 12 is secured to a tubular cap 15 with a bayonet joint.
