Void [Abridged as open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Dec. 27, 1934]. [Class 140] The fibre or paper outer coverings of underground cables and pipes are impregnated with an aqueous emulsion, dispersion or suspension of mineral coal pitch, coal oil or asphalt at normal temperatures and the water is then evaporated. The emulsion is made with the aid of protective colloids such as soap or saponin using the smallest possible quantity of water.
