Abstract
444,789. Fingerstalls. MORGEN, H. G. VON, 5, Am Sandwerder, Wannsee, Berlin. Aug. 23, 1935, No. 23729. [Class 141] [See also Groups XVII, I, VI, XXIII, and XXVIII] Fingerstall or glove-like caps 15 are arranged in a container 1 one above the other and connected together in a readily detachable manner with the lowest cap 15<a> projecting beyond the edge of the container so that a finger or fingers can be inserted into the cap to facilitate its withdrawal, and cosmetic or medicinal material is provided within the container so that a small quantity thereof can be taken by the cap as it is withdrawn from the container. The caps 15 are strung on strings or wires arranged in the upper part of the container and passing through holes or recesses 25, 28, or 53, 54 in the edges of the caps. The caps may be connected together by adhesive, the points where the drops of adhesive are applied being strengthened or a tearable paper strip which is folded into the adjacent cap is provided at the open edge of the cap. The caps 15 may be formed of cellulose fibre wadding, strengthened where the wires on which they are strung pass therethrough, or of two superimposed parts, one part 21 of wadding, and the other part 22 of waxed paper or wadding coated with wax. The caps may be treated with aluminium acetate. Finger stalls 56, Fig. 15, may be provided for use with suppositories.
