A piston 18 slides on the tube 16 and has flanges 21, 22, 23 engaging the tube 10. Ports 24, 25 in the flanges 23, 22 permit material leaking into chamber 28 to return to chamber 26. The piston 18 is actuated by a bulb 12 or other compressible member.
