[Class 20 (ii)] A wall connector for scaffolding, of the type comprising a socket 1 and a wall-plate 3 projecting therefrom, the rear part 7 of the socket abutting against the surface of the wall, has the open side of the socket provided with perforated projecting lips 5 to receive a cross wedge 2 which clamps the scaffold member in the socket. The part of the socket opposite to the lips may be stiffened by ribs 4.
