430,959. Brackets. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd., Magnet House, Kingsway, London, and HUNTER, S. G., c/o General Electric Co., Coventry. Nov. 1, 1934, No. 31422. [Class 52 (v)] [See also Group XXV] An adjustable bracket mounting particularly for wireless sets in motor cars comprises an auxiliary plate 14 engaging with the article supported, e.g. the casing 10 of the wireless set, by co-operating projections 8 and cavities 12 so that it may be positively located in any one of a number of angular positions, and engageable positively in any one of a number of transverse positions on the bracket 1. A bolt 11 secured to the casing 10 passes through a central hole in the plate 14 which has two projections 8 engaging circularly-arranged holes 12 in the casing and is secured in adjusted position by screws 15. The bolt is then passed through a slot 4 in the bracket 1 having enlarged portions 5 into any one of which fits a spigot 16 on a nut 25 screwed on the bolt. A flange 9 on the plate 14 engages the top or bottom edge of the bracket to prevent rotation of the case. The bracket is fixed to the car &c. by a foot 2.
