[Class 18] A toilet-roll holder carries on a shelf or on a peg E', Fig. 4, or in an open or closed receptacle F, Fig. 5, a reserve roll of paper D<1>, which is not so conveniently available as the in - use roll D. A hinged cover may be provided for the shelf. The peg E<1> is so disposed that the spare roll, which may be protected by a cover, will not revolve easily, and the spare roll of Fig. 5 is not accessible until the roll D is removed. Members F, built into the wall, form the top and bottom of the receptacle, the brackets B extend backwards to form the side walls, and beadings A may be provided.
