Abstract

425,245. Brushes ; hand tool handles. MACRAE, J. M., 8, Sunny Bank, Manor Lane, Shipley, Yorkshire. Oct. 14, 1933, No. 28418. [Classes 19 and 61 (i)] A toothbrush is provided with a transverse downwardly curved stock, as shown in Fig. 3, set at a slightly obtuse angle to the handle so that the bristles project outwardly. In a modification, Fig. 6, a similar stock is pivoted to the handle and is prevented from complete rotation by an adjustable pin sliding vertically in a slot in the handle. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 13142/84, 17732/95, and 23220 /13, [all in Class 19].
