Convention date, April 12, 1933. [Class 61 (ii).] In a pinch bar &c. having a handle connected by a tubular member 4 to a headpiece 5 carrying near its free end a removable fulcrum block 8, the block being in the form of a regular prism and presenting a keen edge to a rail surface, the sides of the block between the edges are bulged to strengthen the edges. The block may have the form of an equilateral triangle and be secured in the headpiece by bolts, pins &c.
