[Class 129.] In coffee percolators in which a filter member attached to a rod is made to slide like a piston or plunger in a vessel in which the infusion is prepared so that the grounds are confined at the bottom of the vessel while the clear liquid remains above, the filter consists of a gauze member 1 having a resilient rim 3 such that the filter is bodily deformable to fit irregularities in the sides of the vessel. Specification 395,541 is referred to.
