[Class 100 (ii).] In devices for use in drawing block letters and figures, of the kind comprising a plate a having openings, straight portions, curved portions, and limbs, which collectively and by turning the plate about provide the outlines for the letters &c., a sloping arm b is provided for use when marking out letters having inclined parts. Part of the device, such as the arm b, may be marked off in inches &c., and a series of holes may be provided to facilitate drawing circles ; also, the various parts may be marked with letters to show which parts apply to the formation of those letters, or they may be numbered and a table used to determine which parts are required.
