Abstract

405,198. Pressure-fed lubricating-gun. PILLIN, J. B., Church Hill, Beckenham, Kent. July 19, 1933, No. 20388. [Classes 102 (i) and 102 (ii).] A service pressure-fed lubricating-gun is provided with a number of interchangeable containers constructed as shown in Fig. 2 for different grades of lubricant. Any selected container D is screwed onto the casing A and nose cap C, the packing ring G forming a seal between the conical extension D1 1 of the container and the sleeve K. The spindle N and piston 0 withdraw from the container with the casing A, and the containers not in use are fitted with closure caps D3 on the rear end as in Fig. 2.
