Abstract

399,361. Displaying jewellery &c. GRIFFITHS, A., 33, Frederick Street. Birmingham. Jan. 14, 1933, No. 1287, [Class 3 (ii).] In a display stand for jewellery and the like, a display plate is provided with a hole in which is mounted a spring-pressed pin having a slot for holding an article which is gripped between the wall of the slot and the plate. As shown, a number of rings 14 are held on a plate 1 by spring-pressed pins 7 engaging in flanged ferrules 5 located in holes 4 the rings being received in slots 10. A split ring 12 engaging in a groove in the pin prevents the pin moving out of the ferrule 5 when no ring is carried thereby. The plate 1 is mounted in a frame 2 pivotally mounted on the support 3.
