Convention date, March 19, 1932: [Class 53.] The frames, lugs, and other parts of the positive plates of accumulators which are made of lead antimony alloy and are not covered with active material are provided with an insulating-coating of rubber applied from an aqueous rubber dispersion by spraying, immersion, &c. and solidified by drying, coagulating, and vulcanization.
