Abstract

395,825. Junction boxes ; bases for couplings. CATTLE, E. P. S., 21, Orchard Street, Portman Square, London. April 15, 1932, No. 10807. [Class 38 (i).] To secure a box Q to a flat-sided conduit R, a ring A bent as shown in Fig. 1, is passed into coincident apertures O, P and then flattened by a hammer &c. so that diametrically opposite pairs of jaws B1, B2 embrace the sides of the aperture. Clamping screws D grip the walls to give conductive continuity and the ring forms a bush in the aperture.
