Abstract

395,263. Administering medicines. CAYENZ GES., W. and CAYENZ, W., 22, Eintrachtstrasse, Dusseldorf, Germany. Jan. 2, 1933, No. 61. [Class 81 (ii).] A device for applying antiseptic medicaments to the skin is formed as a suction pipette the lower end of which is provided with a very fine orifice (or orifices) 9 and is shaped like a spatula as at 10. A suction bulb 3 is fitted to the upper end of the device and is provided with flanges 6, 7 which engage the screw cap 4 of a bottle. The suction bulb itself may form the stopper of a bottle as shown in Fig. 4.
